Returns will not be accepted for closeout tree purchases. All trees carry full manufacturer warranty.

Santa’s Own How To will gladly accept other returns within 15 days of purchase of unopened and unused merchandise and will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns received without an authorization number will not be accepted and returned to sender. All return shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer.
